" DESCRIPTION
A Victorian semi-detached home located on the outskirts of Tring, offered to the market in excellent condition throughout and is a credit to the present owner. A small entrance porch leads into a spacious dining room with a feature fireplace, solid oak flooring and a lovely window seat to the front bay. The sitting room is to the rear with a brick built fireplace housing a log burner and a wooden mantle. This room also has wood flooring and a sash window to the rear. The kitchen was refitted by the present owner in November 2013 with a high gloss finish with integrated appliances. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, wood stripped floor boards and window shutters to the master bedroom. A stunning bathroom completes the accommodation which was updated in October 2013. Outside the rear garden is approximately 150ft long with a large patio area enjoying full privacy which leads to a level lawn area. A further gated lawn area housing the owner`s chickens at present which backs on to open fields and stunning views over open countryside, gated access leads out into the open fields to the rear. SITUATION
The historic small market town of Tring is surrounded by beautiful Chilterns countryside and yet only a few miles away from routes providing excellent access to London. Tring town centre provides a range of small specialist shops, restaurants and public houses.
