" A practical four bedroom terraced property within easy walking distance to Tring town centre backing onto fields.

Entrance hall, cloakroom and living room with fireplace plus an electric fire with wooden surround and patio doors to the rear garden. There is also a door in the living room leading to a study which was the former garage.

The kitchen benefits from cream/wooden units with worktops, space for washing machine, dishwasher and cooker. Built in fridge/freezer and a door leading to the rear garden.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand wash basin.

The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area, mature trees and shrubs which overlook a field. There is also a garage which has partly been converted to a study. This could easily be converted back.

Overall, the property is in need of updating but does offer practical family living and is in an ideal location. No upper chain.

Tring is a pretty market town on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, mentioned in 1086 in the Doomsday book. The area boasts excellent educational facilities, including Tring School. For those wishing to use the independent sector, Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and Berkhamsted School both have superb reputations.

For commuters, Tring station provides a regular train service to London Euston in around 40 minutes. Alternatively, nearby Wendover provides a regular service to Marylebone in around 50 minutes. Road links nearby include the A41, which provides dual carriageway access direct to the M25 (J20).
