DESCRIPTION
Nestled in a private cul de sac location and having undergone many improvements by its current owners, an imposing five bedroom detached family home. The house dates from the early 1970's and has been substantially refurbished by the present owners over the last four years.

Tring is an attractive market town on the northern edge of the Chilterns and is surrounded by countryside. The A41 by-pass gives access to the M25 and for the commuter there is a fast and frequent train service to London Euston averaging 40 minutes. Accommodation Continued

The bathroom consists of oak panel enclosed bath with mixer tap and Aqualisa power shower, the WC is encased in a bespoke solid oak vanity unit and includes a Savoy basin. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a similar handmade oak vanity unit with WC and Savoy basin and there is an enclosed shower cubicle with the second Aqualisa power shower.

Externally the rear garden is very pleasing on the eye as it is on a raised level with a patio area bordered by railway sleepers. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with shrub borders and a selection of mature trees. The front garden is also laid to lawn with shrub borders and prominent Willow tree, to the side of the front garden is the driveway which has parking for up to six vehicles.
