This spacious family house is offered unfurnished to let for up to one year. Set in a quiet location on The Avenue the property has ample off street parking and a double garage with power. The accommodation offered is: entrance hall with stairs to first floor, cloakroom, study, sitting room with french doors to the garden, dining room, kitchen diner and utility room. To the first floor is a master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. 4 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. The kitchen cabinets and sanitaryware are dated but in good condition and this is reflected in the rental valuation. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with a small orchard area fenced off to the rear. EPC E. Available mid November.

Administration Fees: charged to cover the cost of all referencing (conducted by an independent agency) and all administrative costs relating to an application for a Tenancy.
