" Built on the site of an old farm in the centre of the village in 1996 by Beechcroft Developments who specialise in the creation of retirement properties. The old barns remain with one converted to a spectacular indoor swimming pool for the residents to enjoy. The property itself offers a 17 ft x 14 ft sitting room, a dining room and a conservatory benefitting from the afternoonevening sunshine. The kitchen is fitted with an integrated hob and oven and has granite work surfaces. In addition there is a downstairs WC accessed from the entrance hall.
On the first floor there are two good sized bedrooms and a further small bedroom. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room whilst the other two are served by the family bathroom.

Situation
The property is located in the pretty and historic village of Great Missenden. It is just under a quarter of a mile from the train station (London Marylebone fast train - approximately 40 minutes).
There is a supermarket and a variety of independent specialist shops as well as cultural attractions including the Roald Dahl Museum. The village also offers international dining with a Thai, Indian and pizza restaurant, Fanfan. The local, 18-court tennis club is hugely popular and there is plenty of scope for walking through fields and woodland in the picturesque Chiltern countryside.

Outside
