A detached bungalow located on Lee Common in Great Missenden. This one double bedroom property needs updating and would make a superb home once completed. There is a backdoor with steps down into the garden where there is an outhouse, with stunning views of the countryside. Lee Common is located to the North of Great Missenden which is in the Chilterns, an area renowned for its natural outstanding beauty.

From our office in Market Square proceed along St Mary's Way, at the second roundabout turn left into Park Road which becomes Chartridge Lane, follow Chartridge Lane until you reach Ballinger Road, which you turn left onto, follow until you reach Sly Corner, turn left and you will reach your destination.
