" Built in 1890, a well proportioned brick and flint Victorian property with Edwardian additions. The property has been well maintained by the current owners and offers excellent scope to enlarge or convert the additional outbuildings subject to planning consents. The 24ft drawing room enjoys a double aspect with a feature (gas) fireplace and lovely view into the garden. The dining and separate sitting room both feature open fireplaces with a study/family room from the 19ft kitchen/ breakfast room. Also accessed from the kitchen are steps to the cellar and separate utility room. On the first floor, the master bedroom is 22ft x 15ft again with charming views over the garden and offers scope to create a suite by utilising the adjoining bathroom and dressing room/bedroom 6. All the remaining bedrooms are of a good size and all incorporate wash basins with access to the two bathrooms.

Located on the edge of the village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the property is just 0.6 mile level walk from the village of Prestwood, with a variety of shops and post office.
