" This is a beautifully presented family home in a quiet and leafy location. The current owners have extended and refurbished the property, making the most of natural light and creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Opening off the entrance hall, the reception rooms comprise the sitting room to the left and the family room to the right with the dining room beyond. This is the perfect year-round, large entertaining space with doors to the rear garden and exterior dining area. The kitchen overlooks the garden and is finished with ultra-modern stainless steel surfaces and a Rangemaster oven. A study, currently used as a music room, overlooks the lawn at the front of the house and the utility room and cloakroom complete the ground floor accommodation. Rising to the first floor and galleried landing, there are five bedrooms (two en suite). The dual aspect principal bedroom suite exudes a sense of luxury and splendour with a bathshower room and dressing room. One of the remaining bedrooms has an en suite shower room and the others share the family bathroom. The decor and colour schemes throughout are modern and uplifting.
