" This welcoming home has been well maintained by the current owners and briefly comprises: a generous Entrance Hall with engineered wood effect flooring throughout, leading on to the 11 ft. x 10 ft. Family Room with bay window, and downstairs cloakroom. Double doors continue to the 18 ft. x 12 ft. Kitchen/Dining Room, an impressive space with vaulted ceiling and Bi Folding Doors with fitted units, Neff gas hob and Electrolux oven, kitchen island with integrated dishwasher and hardwood tops, and a separate pantry with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a condensing drier.
