From High Wycombe town centre proceed up Marlow Hill and bear right at the top of the hill onto Marlow Road. Turn right at the mini roundabout onto Desborough Avenue and continue down the hill, proceeding straight over the mini roundabout. Turn left onto Deeds Grove and follow the road up, then upon reaching the brow of the hill turn left. The property can be found on the right hand side.
