Located on the south side of High Wycombe, the property is within a short walk of local schooling at both primary, grammar and secondary level. The nearby towns of High Wycombe and Marlow provide a wide range of facilities and amenities. The train station in High Wycombe connects to London Marylebone for the commute into London and there is access to junction 4 of the M40 and the A404.
