" I'm not surprised my current owners want to move, they've brought up their two children here but now they're young adults and I'm bursting at the seems despite my extension on the back. I have three bedrooms, two singles and a double, a well appointed bathroom and a stunning kitchen that was only fitted last year. I also got a new combi gas boiler at the same time to keep you nice and cosy on these cold winter days. Although when summer comes I've got a lovely back garden with a decked area, ideal for those great summer barbecues with friends.

You can easily get two cars into my drive to get them off the road, although the road isn't that busy. I'm also not that far from the main bus route into town, really handy if your off to sample some of the many restaurants in the centre of town.

We have a great primary school not too far away, great children's playing field and lots of lovely walks near by. Also about half a mile away is a Co-op store and Post Office. Although I say so myself I'm in a great spot.

The man from EweMove says that three bedroom semi-detached homes are selling really quickly at the moment, therefore if you think you'll like me you better get here and see me soon.
