A rare opportunity to purchase an extended three bedroomed period cottage with flexible living accommodation in need of some modernisation located in the sought after village of Beckwithshaw on the west side of Harrogate. With gas fired central heating the living accommodation comprises entrance porch, living room with feature gas fireplace, dining kitchen with double electric oven, electric hob, plumbing for a washing machine and rear entrance door leading out to the rear garden. At lower ground level is the cellar with bathroom and rear entrance door, this is currently used as useful storage space but has potential for development subject to the usual consents. At first floor is the landing leading to master bedroom, second double bedroom, third bedroom and house shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and w/c. Outside to the front of the property is an enclosed front garden and an off street parking space in front of the single garage. To the rear is a good sized enclosed lawned garden.
