" A beautifully proportioned four bedroom semi-detached family home, occupying a convenient position on this most sought after tree lined avenue, so conveniently placed for access both into and out of the town.

A traditional semi-detached home which has undergone a significant extension and improvements over recent years. The property has nearly doubled in size from the original design, with the extension being completed in 2012. Improvements at that time included a new boiler, updating of the gas central heating system and further double glazing throughout the house.
