" This 3 bed ex local authority property has generous proportions inside, and also benefits from off road parking and gardens making it an ideal family home. It has been well maintained and benefits from gas central heating and triple glazed Upvc windows and is decorated in light neutral tones throughout with quality flooring.

Positioned on the edge of a popular residential area in the village of Meltham this property has both great shops and amenities plus beautiful countryside on the doorstep and is within walking distance of local schools.
