Just a stone`s through from the popular village of Meltham in the foothills of the Pennines and on the border of the Peak District National Park this property has great amenities in the village, good road links to the towns and cities of Greater Manchester and South and West Yorkshire, whilst having a semi rural location.

The flexible space on offer here must be viewed to be appreciated as all the rooms are a generous size whilst there is also easy to maintain outside space and drive for 2 cars.
