" This attractive spacious home offers everything a family could want with great living accommodation and outdoor space. With 5 bedrooms, dining kitchen, plus 2 receptions rooms and a double garage and low maintenance gardens the property would suit a large or growing family. Some of the rooms benefit from recently having been refurbished with new decor and carpets. Positioned amongst other similar homes on the outskirts of the ever popular village of Meltham which has great amenities and schools just a short walk away.

Meltham is on the edge of the Peak District National Park and has some stunning scenery and walks on the doorstep whilst also being close enough for commuters to Manchester, Tameside and the towns and cities of West and South Yorkshire.

The property comprises of accommodation over 3 floors. The main entrance is in the centre of the front elevation with bay windows to each side giving the property a balanced and grand appearance. Off the hall is the lounge, 2nd reception or dining room and the dining kitchen plus a useful storage cupboard.
