" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The team at Martin & Co deliver again with another top quality rental property in Huddersfield.

The house is located on a quiet road in Moldgreen, just minutes from the local amenities and within walking distance of the town centre.

The main entrance of the house opens into a small entrance vestibule, which in turn leads though into the living room.
The living room is a lovely room with lots of natural light thanks to the large window to the front elevation. The room has neutral decor and carpets in place, a fantastic room for relaxing!

To the rear of the living room is access through to the kitchen via the inner hallway, which has stairs rising to the first floor of the house. The kitchen is brand new and looks fantastic. There is a range of stylish wall and base units, with integrated oven and hob, seperate fridge / freezer and plumbing in place for a washing machine. The kitchen also has a useful breakfast bar and access down to the keep cellar - ideal for extra storage!

The first floor of the property is home to the master bedroom and the house bathroom. The master bedroom is a large double room facing the front of the property.

To the rear of the first floor is the bathroom. There is a large bath with shower over, toilet and basin and all in a simple white style.

The second bedroom is on the second floor of the house and is again a double bedroom. Like the rest of the property it is neutrally decorated and carpetted.
