As you arrive at the property you open the front door which leads into the entrance lobby. There is a further door opening to the lounge which has a feature fireplace and living flame style gas fire. The floor has an attractive wood effect laminate which continues through into the dining area. The dining area has sliding patio door overlooking the garden and a useful under stairs storage cupboard. A further door leads into the kitchen which has a range of white gloss finished units with granite style roll edge worktops and features a hob, oven and cooker hood above. The staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and the master features wardrobes to one wall with wood panelled doors. The bathroom has a modern styled white suite with over bath shower attachment. The gardens are laid out to the front with a parking area and to the rear is a garden area which extends towards the side and enjoys a mature, sheltering tree.
