" Enjoying an elevated positon overlooking Longwood Gate towards the Colne Valley is this extended brick built three bedroomed family home. Although in need of a programme of refurbishment the property would make an ideal purchase for the expanding family buyer or professional buyer looking to access local amenities, town centres, recommend local schooling and the M62 motorway network.

The property enjoys accommodation comprising dining hall, lounge, kitchen, rear entrance porch and to the first floor three bedrooms, large house bathroom and separate WC. From the landing there is a pull down ladder to a useful storeroom which, subject to planning permission, could be altered to form a fourth bedroom. Externally the property has well stocked gardens to the front elevation along with a large concrete patio with veranda and views. There are also lawned gardens to the side along with two ornamental ponds, orchard and to the rear further lawned garden backing on to fields.
