" Property is situated over three floors, set to the head of this little known part of New Hey Road, at Outlane. It is deceptively spacious, end terrace cottage with accommodation over three floors. The property enjoys views to the front and rear elevations, and they will prove suitable to the first time buyer/professional couple. As one would expect the property is predominantly double glazed and enjoys gas central heating system. Externally, there are low maintenance garden areas to both front and rear with flagged patio and decking to the front and the rear enjoys a patio garden and detached garage.

External Details To the front elevation, there is a private enclosed low maintenance garden area with decking and mature shrubbery borders, two stone steps lead up to a raised patio with further mature shrubberies and timber panelled access gate. To the rear of the property there is a low maintenance pebble garden area with an area of patio with mature shrubbery and fenced borders. At the foot of the garden there is a Grimstone stone style garage with an up and over door and a separate access door. "
