" Constructed to an interesting split level design, with the living accommodation to the ground floor front in order to take full advantage of the extensive rear views over the town centre, this four bedroom family home is superbly placed for either the town centre or the M62 at Ainley Top. The property was built by the present owner to an excellent standard and whilst most modern homes feature flimsy stud partitions between the rooms just about every internal wall is of solid blocks. The rooms are all of spacious proportions and in addition to the main accommodation there are two further large storerooms accessed from an external door at the rear. It is impossible to appreciate the size of the house from an external appraisal alone and once across the threshold we are confident that the property will feature highly on any shortlist of homes.
