Both have been let and we are advised by the current owner have been subject to independent Council Tax Bills to both the Ground Floor and First Floor as separate 1 bedroom dwellings. As the property has been designed as 2 x 1 bedroom flats, the Vendor has advised that there is a strong possibility that the Purchaser may be able to achieve Planning Consent for conversion into 2 x 1 bedroom flats under an Established Use Certificate.
