" This character detached family home is conveniently located and offers scope to extend (stpp) should this be required. Having been cared for by the current owner for the past 26 years, this home is now looking for a new family to move in. The covered entrance porch has a wooden front door which leads into a good-sized entrance hall where there is ample storage and a cloakroom. The delightful sitting room at the front of the property has a large bay window, open fireplace with shelving both sides and picture rails. The room is beautifully decorated in duck-egg blue which compliments the charm of this reception area. There is a separate dining room which also has a large bay window and leads into a conservatory which takes full advantage of the south-westerly facing garden.
