" Whilst retaining the charm and character of a turn of the century property, this home not only offers superb accommodation in excess of 1500 square feet but the location is absolutely idyllic. The accommodation, is light and airy and flows beautifully the moment you walk through the solid wooden glazed front door. The entrance hall, with tiled flooring, provides access to all the principle rooms and just behind the front door, is a great little area to hang coats, store boots and all outdoor shoes. The dining room, which is currently used as a family room/study, enjoys lovely high ceilings and a feature bay window. The impressive sitting room, has a modern fitted gas fire and a door leading straight into the conservatory. Built in 2000, this room has been a fantastic addition, offering a third reception area and is currently used as garden room/family room. The kitchen, which was totally remodelled and modernised in 2003, now offers a great 'eat in' space ideal for any growing family, and with the separate utility and downstairs WC neatly housed just around the corner, the door can be closed come laundry day.

To the first floor, three good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom can be found. Bedroom 2 is a generous double room, with a built in wardrobe and views overlooking both the garden and Farnham's surrounding countryside.
