" A delightful and enlarged semi detached period house designed by the renowned local architect Harold Falkner built around 1911. The property has been modified in recent years to provide excellent family accommodation whilst retaining the intrinsic character of the building. There are stripped pine internal doors, exposed wooden flooring with engineered oak flooring throughout the family room and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of cream fronted wall and base units with attractive wooden work surfaces. In the sitting room there is a fireplace and wooden floor and a further open fireplace in the family room. The sitting room and the kitchen both open into a substantial conservatory with doors opening onto the rear patio and garden. To the first floor are 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathroom and to the second floor is an excellent and well thought out conversion of the loft space to provide a further bedroom additional storage and an en suite shower room. There are lovely views from the first and second floors bedrooms at the rear overlooking the valley towards Farnham and beyond. Ridgway Road is a popular residential area situated on the south side of Farnham, less than 1 mile from the town centre and within a short walk of local shops including Tesco Express, off license, butchers and a bakers. Farnham provides a comprehensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants and a main line station on the London Waterloo line.
