" A well presented three bedroom semi-detached period home in a quiet residential road in Farnham with convenient access to the town centre. The house offers spacious family accommodation laid out over three floors and has a mixture of both contemporary and period features. Downstairs comprises lounge/diner with wooden flooring and a feature fireplace and a modern kitchen with range style cooker and access to a cloakroom and utility area. There is also a rear reception room which opens out onto the sunny rear garden and would be ideal as a children's playroom or study. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with roll top bath and a separate shower cubicle and three bedrooms, the third of which is situated on the top floor and benefits from ample eaves storage space. The property is offered to the market either furnished or unfurnished.

Situation
Beaufort Road lies just East of the prestigious Castle Street and is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is Farnham Park within a short distance, which comprises many hundreds of acres of parkland and the town centre and shops are within easy reach either on foot or by car.
