" Located on a highly sought after road in the heart of Farnham Town Centre and offering easy access to Farnham Park is this superb red brick Victorian semi-detached period home. The property has undergone extensive improvement and been extended by the current owners over the years to offer a very modern and well-presented home, whilst retaining many character features. Arranged over three floors, the accommodation on the ground floor comprises a welcoming entrance hall, a bay fronted sitting room with feature fireplace, this is open plan into the dining room with Karndean flooring throughout both rooms, a WC and the main feature of the house an open plan kitchensitting room with bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden. Situation
Wykeham Road is a no through road situated in a very popular part of the town approximately 500 metres from Castle Street and the rest of the centre of town. At the end of the road there is immediate access onto Farnham Park which boasts acres of open parkland ideal for walking and cycling. Farnham mainline station is within easy reach and provides a regular service to London Waterloo within the hour. Much of Farnham town is in a conservation area with beautiful Medieval and Georgian architecture and offers a comprehensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants including cultural and leisure facilities of Farnham Maltings and Farnham leisure centre. There are good road links via the A31 which links to the A331, A3 and M3.

A cast iron gate leads to a pathway that in turn leads to a pedestrian gate giving access to the rear garden.
