The property is deceptive in so much as the accommodation is arranged on a split-level basis, although the front of the property looks to be single storey. The property provides four bedroom suites, three of which lead off an inner hallway. The principal suite is on the lower ground floor, with a refurbished contemporary bathroom and enjoys direct access out onto the garden. This house is ideal for entertaining with the two separate reception rooms, being at either end of the central entrance hall, and the creation of an ever increasing popular open plan living space is clearly an option subject to the usual building consents. The sitting room takes full advantage of the westerly views, having a fireplace and a balcony with steps leading down to the partly walled garden.

Occupying a favoured village setting, this attractive courtyard development lies in the heart of the much sought after and pretty village of Shackleford. Located south of The Hog's Back Shackleford is a thriving village with a lovely old Church, local public house, and a well supported local store with Post office.
