Property
The property was built about 10 years ago by Messrs. Michael Shanley Homes to an excellent standard and more recently the vendors have added a quite wonderful large westerly facing conservatory which further enhances the ground floor accommodation and is also used as a dining room and study. Situation
Wormley is situated between Witley and Chiddingfold and is surrounded by wonderful countryside ideal for riding and walking. Greensand Way a long distance path (over 100 miles long) is close by and runs between Haslemere and Hamstreet in Kent and also in the locality are some quite stunning far reaching views. The towns of Godalming and Haslemere are both nearby and offer a wide and varied range of shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Milford and Chiddingfold with its picturesque green and Church offer day to day shopping. There is an abundance of activities and recreational facilities in the area including several golf courses, Leisure centres and Horse Racing can be found at Goodwood. The South coast is approximately 25 miles distant. For the Commuter Witley Station is on the London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour line the journey to London taking under the hour. The A3 linking up with the M25 and regional airports is about 3 miles distant.
