" Woodberry Close is a highly desirable cul de sac consisting of primarily detached family homes, many of which have been extended to create a mature peaceful location. Number 19 was constructed in 1986 and later enlarged by way of a two storey extension to create a comfortable well proportioned home perfect for family life. Whilst the extension is very much modern in a style, the interior has been improved and styled to reflect a more traditional country feel with features to include rustic oak floors to much of the ground floor and a working open fireplace in the sitting room. The light and airy hallway has a refitted downstairs cloakroom and a useful understairs storage cupboard ideal for coat and shoe storage. The sitting room has a large box bay window with casement doors leading to a separate dining room and door to the rear garden. Adjoining is a fitted kitchen with a comprehensive range of built in appliances and a good range of floor and wall units, this in turn leads to a breakfast room with double doors to the rear garden and an internal door to the garage which provides additional appliance space and a wall mounted gas boiler. Upstairs has five bedrooms with built in wardrobes to the three main bedrooms. The master has an en suite shower room which has been refitted to an excellent standard whilst the remaining bedrooms have the use of an equally impressive family bathroom which again has been refitted and includes a separate shower cubicle and a stylish vanitory unit with a wall mounted mirror with integrated lighting. Other features of note include replacement double glazed UPVC windows to much of the property and a spacious boarded loft area with access via a fold down loft ladder.

Outside : The rear garden enjoys a secluded wooded backdrop with a large patio area directly adjoining the rear of the property. There are two further terraces perfect for summer barbecues and al fresco dining whilst the remainder is mainly laid to lawn with access to the front on both sides with additional space for a timber shed. The front has a small area of lawn with a driveway to the side providing parking and leading to a single garage. "
