" This detached family house was probably built during the early 1970's and occupies a particularly pleasant corner location at the foot of a short close. The house has been considerably remodelled and refurbished, resulting in it being both light and very well appointed, featuring an abundance of built-in furniture and storage (particularly within the master bedroom and study) and new double glazed windows. The principal reception areas each have doors leading out and affording views over the attractive gardens, with these south facing rooms being fitted with sun awnings. The kitchen which again overlooks the garden is semi-vaulted being dual aspect with roof lights and Iroko topped working surfaces with an abundance of high end built-in appliances which include a range cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, multi-function microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a separate laundry room.

Situation
Occupying a convenient village location within a mile from the centre of Chiddingfold, which is one of Surrey's most popular villages. The main village green is surrounded by numerous period houses and cottages, St Mary's Church and the highly regarded Crown Inn/Restaurant. There are a selection of local shops including a post office and two general stores, cafe, chemist, doctors surgery and highly regarded St Mary's Primary School, as well as Chiddingfold nursery school and the village cricket green.
