" Situated on the outskirts of a picturesque village of Dunsfold and not far from Chiddingfold village, a wonderful 3 bedroom character terraced cottage with plenty of parking.
The Property
Converted approximately 16 years ago, Nestcott enjoys a wonderful rural outlook to the front down long sweeping lawns and enjoys a sunny aspect with the sun working its way around from the front to the back. The present vendors have owned the property for a number of years,during which they have enhanced it. The bright accommodation has plenty of character and charm including exposed beams and wood doors and in the sitting room there is a delightful open fire. Other features include a conservatory on the western side with underfloor heating, Shaker style kitchen with woodblock work surfaces and leading up from the double garage with adjacent parking are well stocked landscaped gardens.
Situation
Dunsfold Village is just under a mile away with the village consisting chiefly of small houses and cottages, many being highly picturesque, all scatterered around a very large green. . Amenities include St Mary's All Saints Church which is a fine Norman building, The Sun Inn and shop, whilst the village of Chiddingfold is approximately 3 miles distant with its attractive green, church and a variety of village shops including butcher, post office and chemist. There are some excellent local schools and pubs and for the commuter both Godalming, Milford, Witley and Haslemere have main line stations, the journey to London Waterloo taking under the hour. The area surrounding is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and is criss crossed by many paths and bridleways. The A3 trunk road at Milford to London and South Coast connects to the M25 giving access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
