" A three bedroom semi-detached family house, situated in a quiet road, in an enviable position within the centre of the pretty country village of Dunsfold.

DETAILS This post-war semi-detached cottage offers spacious accommodation, well-suited to family life, in a quiet road close to the village centre. There is the potential to extend the property (subject to the necessary planning consent), as has been done with neighbouring properties. Dunsfold's proximity to the neighbouring town of Godalming and its mainline station, means that it is also convenient for commuters.

The accommodation includes two separate reception rooms. The sitting room has an outlook to the front garden, an open fireplace with brick surround and tiled hearth and recesses to either side of the chimney breast, one of which is shelved. The dining room overlooks the rear garden and also has an open fireplace with a tiled surround. All the window sills are quarry tiled and the windows are all double glazed. Also at the back of the house is a breakfast room opening on to the kitchen, which has a door to the garden, is fitted with a range of wall and floor units, has a built in oven and hob, with space for a fridge freezer, washing machine or dishwasher. From the entrance hall, stairs lead to a first floor landing and three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is an attractive double with a built in cupboard, an open fireplace and tiled surround. Bedrooms two and three are good-sized rooms, with a built in wardrobe in bedroom two. The family bathroom is equipped with a white suite of bath with a Victorian style mixer tap and shower attachment, with a glazed screen, also a sink and toilet with tiled splashbacks. "
