" Believed to originally date back to c1690 as a one-up, one-down building, with several extensions sympathetically added in the Victorian era and again over more recent years, Damson Cottage is a simply stunning four bedroom detached family home, situated in a tucked away spot overlooking the cricket pitch in the picturesque village of Hascombe, in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

The property is situated well back from the road with magnificent views over fields, hills and trees, and is approached by a footpath across a cottage garden to a small covered porch. The front door leads directly into the study which forms part of the original cottage and still retains a wealth of character features including exposed beams and fireplace.
