" This attractive stone built house with iron stone galleting under a clay roof dates back to the 1600's and with later additions, blending in perfectly. The property was refurbished in the last twelve years, yet retains all the character of its period. The kitchen is well fitted and there is an ensuite shower room to the principal bedroom. The family bathroom is in period style, and the landing is vaulted with a high level storage area. Outside there are two useful office/studios both with electric light and power, and there is Barn/Garage for two and parking area.

Situation
Hascombe is a charming village about three miles from Godalming, on the road leading to Cranleigh, and is famous for the White Horse, the village pond and the superb Tractarian Church of St Peter. The area abounds with bridleways and footpaths and there is an Iron Age fort up in the Hascombe hills. There is a regular bus service into Godalming, which has a good variety of shops and specialist stores, as well as Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets.
Schools for all ages are within easy reach and the mainline station at Godalming provides a fast service to Waterloo in 47 minutes.
