" This is a spacious three bedroom penthouse apartment in The Evergreens, which is set in the beautiful grounds of Hambledon Park, a small development built by Berkeley Homes in 1997.

This would be an ideal "lock-up and leave" for those who spend time abroad.

Access to the apartment is via the principal entrance hall and there is an entry phone system outside. On entering the apartment there is a long hall way, with oak floor boards, which leads to the main reception room with all of the other rooms off this spacious corridor.

The master bedroom is on the right, it has built in wardrobes and its own en-suite shower with WC and basin.

On the left there is the well appointed kitchen with limed oak fitted units and integrated appliances with eye level ovens. The Quartz work surfaces wrap round and return to create a breakfast bar. The floor is tiled.

The second bedroom is well proportioned and has a built in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a contemporary white suite, with a shower over the bath. The third bedroom is currently used as a second home office. The apartment benefits from having a large boarded loft, accessed by a drop down ladder.

At the end of the hallway there are double doors which open into the spacious and airy open plan living room, with double aspect windows and vaulted ceiling, which the current owners have laid out to provide a sitting area, dining area and a study.

Hambledon Park is a secure gated development in West Surrey. The village of Hambledon has a community shop, parish church and the cricket green, all surrounded by miles of common land, much of it owned by the National Trust. Witley main line station is just over half a mile away and provides direct services to London Waterloo in 55 minutes.
