" The Evergreens is an attractive building with a number of well appointed apartments, lying within the Surrey Hills area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has the benefit of being within a private gated estate, Hambledon Park, just outside Hambledon village, in a convenient yet rural location. Amenities nearby including a post office, traditional pubs, nursery school, bus service and local shop.

Witley station is within walking distance, (0.6 of a mile), and connects to London Waterloo in under an hour, Guildford (16 minutes) and Woking (25 minutes). Guildford is approximately 9 miles away and has a direct service to Waterloo of under 40 minutes.
