" This detached family home has plenty of character with an elegant double fronted exterior creating an attractive first impression. Since its original construction in the mid 1930s there have been further additions particularly downstairs, with the emphasis on a flexible style of living and would be perfect for young families. The central entrance hall has a downstairs cloakroom and gives access to the reception accommodation which comprises a large sitting room with doors to the rear, a family room/office which alternatively would provide a downstairs bedroom if required and a formal dining room. This in turn leads to a lovely kitchen/breakfast room with an extensive range of cream frontage shaker style base and eye level units and a built in dishwasher. There is plenty of appliance space with further appliance space in the adjoining utility room which has a further range of cupboards, stainless steel sink unit and a cooker point. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom in the master to include a separate shower cubicle.
