" This well presented detached family home has been very well cared for by the present owners and extended in recent years to now offer excellent family accommodation along with a great size enclosed rear garden. The property is approached via a driveway providing plenty of parking and side access to the rear garden.

From the covered porch, the front door leads into the entrance hall with exposed wooden floorboards, downstairs wc, understairs cupboard and stairs leading to the first floor. The bright and spacious front aspect dining room has a feature fireplace and exposed wooden floorboards, whilst the sitting room is located to the rear of the property, with exposed wooden floorboards, a feature fireplace and double doors opening into a large conservatory allowing plenty of light to flood in, with tiled flooring and further double doors leading to the garden.
