Housenetwork.co.uk are pleased to offer this spacious two bedroom semi detached period family home situated in a quiet residential road.

The property is an approximate 160 year old charming period cottage located in the picturesque market town of Godalming. The property is built of bargate stone, which is traditional to the area, and is said to be (although unconfirmed) one of the first properties built following the purchase and division of land at Farncombe Manor by the British Freehold Society. Unlike many properties of its kind, the property has a good-sized garden, some 100 feet in length, with side access at each end served by a pathway running adjacent to the property. The property measures approximately 733ft2.

Note the property has recently (October 2012) been fitted with a new Worcester-Bosch combi boiler.

The property is located just approximately 0.4 miles (approximately 5 minute walk) from Farncombe railway station with a regular fast service to London Waterloo (approximately 45 mins). A local supermarket, newsagent, chemist and Indian restaurant are at a similar distance, as is an award winning local butcher's. Godalming town centre with it's cobbled streets, variety of shops and numerous restaurants and bars is just approximately 0.8 miles away (approximately 10 minute walk).
