The house lends itself to being extended, and reconfigured on the first floor to create the three separate bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom

Situation
Occupying a convenient location on the Guildford side of Godalming a little over 0.25 of a mile from the local shops in Farncombe and mainline station ( Waterloo 42 mins ).Godalming Town centre is also readily accessible being within about 0.75 of a mile, with its historic High Street, wide choice of shops, restaurants and cafes, together with Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets.
Schools are also within easy reach, as are regular bus services on the main Guildford/Godalming road. Broadwater Park with its lovely lake, golf course, and recently opened leisure centre is also about half a mile away.
