" The property comprises a very pretty terraced, probably Victorian Bargate stone cottage, which has facing whitened stone elevations. Attractively presented and appointed the cottage features slate flooring throughout the ground floor, a pretty open fireplace in the sitting room, gas fired central heating, and sealed unit double glazing. Of particular note is the kitchen with light Oak worktops, and the recently refurbished bathroom complete with a shower. Upstairs there are two good bedrooms. The attractive garden office /store has both light and power.

Situation
A commuter's dream virtually opposite Farncombe Mainline Station. Farncombe Village offers a range of local shops and independent cafes, including a Co-op supermarket, Loaf bakery, traditional Butchers and the popular Natter Cafe. Godalming's historic High Street, is a mile away offering a choice of Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. There is also an alternative station serving Waterloo in 46 minutes. The wide expanses of Broadwater Park with its picturesque lake, nine hole public golf course, tennis courts and leisure centre with indoor pool, is also within easy reach. By being located on the Guildford side of Godalming also results in easy access into Surrey's County Town. The A3 can be accessed from Compton and Hurtmore linking with the M25 at Wisley.
