" Penhaliday is a large well presented detached five bedroom house with large attractive gardens facing a southerly direction to the rear. The property downstairs comprises a generous dining room, family room, study, utility room and spacious sitting room with double aspect views leading to conservatory. There is also a large kitchen/breakfast room, shower room and spacious reception hall. There is potential for an annexe if required as the downstairs family room provides ample space.

The house has had the benefit of recent improvements which includes a refitted kitchen along with a newly fitted en suite facility and family bathroom which includes underfloor heating. Another worthy feature is that planning permission has been granted to extend the house with a two storey extension that will provide a further suite and larger downstairs accommodation along with a new double garage.

The gardens approach 2/3 of an acre in size and are mainly laid to lawn with mature borders giving an excellent degree of privacy.
