" This pretty Victorian cottage has retained all of its original charm with a wealth of features, including sash windows, stripped 4 panel doors & open fire places in both the bedrooms and the living areas.
The terrace of cottages are well known for their attractive mix of Bargate stone and red brick elevations.
Only just over half a mile (0.6m) from the High Street the cottage is conveniently located for all the amenities of the town & mainline station to Waterloo and Portsmouth, yet in the other direction you will find countryside & river walks.
The accommodation comprises of two reception rooms on the ground floor, a kitchen which is semi- open plan to dining room and fitted with a ceramic butlers style sink, integrated appliances including a fridge, oven and gas hob, there is space for a dishwasher and washing machine & also access to the garden from this room.

Godalming is a thriving town with a semi-pedestrianised High Street with specialised shops, cafe's & restaurants as well as Waitrose & Sainsbury superstores. The County town of Guildford is 4.5 miles away.

The garden which is facing south west is a great spot for a sundowner in the afternoon.
