The gardens encompass the property on all sides and have been mainly laid to lawn with mature hedging and shrub borders. There is a large drive providing both access to the property and double bay car port and offering some additional parking.

Godalming main line station is within walking distance, with frequent direct services to London Waterloo and Portsmouth. There is easy access to the A3 at Compton, meeting the M25 at Cobham providing access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
