" This very attractive character family house was built, we understand, around 1911. The property has been extensively extended and altered and now provides well proportioned and appointed family accommodation, with three reception rooms including a study with an abundance of built-in furniture. The games/playroom room lead directly off the attractively fitted double aspect kitchen/breakfast room, which interconnects with a sitting area. On the first floor there is an excellent split level landing of sufficient size to create a 'workstation' if required. The large principal bedroom has built-in wardrobe cupboards as well as a dressing room and an 'Edwardian style' shower room and wc en suite. The fitted family bathroom

(which also has a shower) serves the remaining bedrooms.

Situation
In a pleasant and convenient location on the outskirts of the town within the favoured Busbridge area. Located on the very edge of Busbridge, the property is close to open countryside and yet is within easy reach of several excellent schools including Busbridge Infant and Junior School, St Edmunds, as well as the Sixth Form College and St Hilary's Preparatory School. Godalming Town is within 1.25 miles and has an attractive semi-pedestrianised High Street, with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets.
