" A very special barn conversion, which is semi-detached and forms part of a small Award Winning (Godalming Trust Civic Design Award) courtyard development which was completed some 10 years ago. The property has a great feeling of space throughout with masses of character (dating from circa 1879), with high lofty and part vaulted ceilings, exposed honey coloured stone and brickwork. The accommodation is initially approached via a good welcoming reception hallway, with a concealed staircase leading up to the first floor principal bedroom suite. The reception room space is semi-open plan with two sets of double doors leading out onto the walled courtyard garden. The Shaker style kitchen has Granite working surfaces with a Belfast sink and integrated appliances, with a separate laundry complete with a washer/dryer.

Situation
Occupying a wonderful tucked away location, within Busbridge, yet bordering open countryside and farmland, within 1.5 miles from Godalming Town centre and station (Waterloo 46 minutes). Ashtead Lane becomes a footpath which provides a useful pedestrian short cut down to The Inn on The Lake, (about 0.5 mile away) with Godalming Station and the busy High Street beyond. Godalming has large branches of Waitrose and Sainsbury's together with a great choice of restaurants pubs and cafes.
