" A very well presented semi detached house which has been extended to provide accommodation ideal for a young family. There are two separate reception rooms and the open plan kitchendining room has doors which open onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, central island, integrated electric double oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. There are extensive composite work surfaces, and wooden flooring runs throughout the kitchen and into the hall. There is gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout.

Situation
Situated in the heart of this most sought after area in Busbridge, which comprises well established family houses set in mature plots along a pleasant residential road. The house is approximately 500 metres from Holloway Hill recreation ground, with tennis, bowls and cricket club, and a children‘s play area. There is an excellent range of good local schools in Busbridge, including infant, primary and junior schools, and the sixth form college.
