" Greenways is an attractive bay fronted detached family home built in the 1930s and located in a prominent elevated position over the pretty Crownpits Green and also within easy walking distance of both Godalming main line station and the excellent Busbridge schools. The property has been enlarged by way of a single storey extension to the side, however the property still offers plenty of potential for further extension stpp. An attractive covered porch to the front gives access to a traditional style entrance hall with stripped pine floorboards which extends through much of the property. This in turn leads to a lovely front aspect sitting room with an attractive bay window and a feature cast iron fireplace with an optional gas point if required. Adjoining is a separate dining room, again with a fireplace and there are double casement doors leading to the rear. This is partially open plan to the kitchen which has been extended and comes with a good range of Shaker style base and eye level units with space for an oven, hob and fridge. Additional appliance space is available in the adjoining utility room which also has stable style doors leading to the outside. Upstairs has three lovely bedrooms with built in wardrobes to the two double bedrooms whilst the third bedroom has wardrobe space. The family bathroom comprises a panel enclosed bath with mixer taps and a shower attachment and a pedestal wash hand basin. Adjoining is a separate wc. "
